Resource Policy:

Desire Alliance & Solutions Limited understands some sites may be more resource intensive than others. All clients can use a maximum of 25% of system resources (CPU/ram) for no longer than 1 minute at a time. Users who constantly abuse our resources will be suspended and/or terminated. If your site is that resource heavy you might want ask us about semi-dedicated packages or getting a dedicated server for your site.

Desire Alliance & Solutions Limited does NOT allow spamming. If you’re found to be spamming from our servers your account will be terminated ASAP. Spamming is not, and never will be acceptable to us. Mass emailing must be done through an approved and proper mailing list (our discretion) and broken up into small manageable mailings (anyone sending out 1000+ emails in less than an hour is going to hear from us. All mailing lists must be minimum double opt-in and include full headers to track abuse and links to unsubscribe in case of error. The reply address must also be in your own domain name, no linking to free accounts or non-existant email addresses. Anyone who knowingly and willingly violates this policy will be terminated with extreme prejudice and no refunds will be given. Seems a little strict but we’re very serious about our no-spamming policy.
