Terms of Use

Desire Alliance & Solutions Limited (DAS) believes in helping all customers as far as possible, & has consequently prepared a thoughtful refund and cancellation policy. There may be some cases of customer dissatisfaction due to many reasons . In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Any orders placed on an online ordering platform powered by Desire Alliance & Solutions Limited (DAS) are subject to fulfilment by the Merchant for whom the platform is built. Any cancellations or refunds are to be handled according to the Merchant’s refunds & cancellation policies. Desire Alliance & Solutions Limited (DAS) shall not be liable for any disputes whatsoever.

Content displayed on the website is for representation purposes only and is subject to change. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding any service.

Cancellation Policy

– Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or any other services must be made at least ten 10 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
– Requests received later than ten 10 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
– No cancellations are entertained for those services that the G7 Technology had offered on promotional offer / special occasions or Discount period. These are limited occasion offers by the company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions.
– Desire Alliance & Solutions Limited (DAS) also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice and refund.

Refund Policy
– We will try our level best to offer quality services that match our clients.

– There are no refunds on some of the courses, products and services which your purchases. Refund requests for any services after the initial 30 days unconditional money back period will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.

– No refund will be issued in case of a project/website / software development/Any Course /Any Services  process started by our team.
– No Refund will be initiated after 7 days of Quotation.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
